Welcome to the vibrant world of European Street Cafe, a hidden gem located at 2753 Park St, Jacksonville, FL 32205. With an extensive menu brimming with diverse culinary delights, this cafe encapsulates the essence of European street food culture. From savory appetizers to fresh salads and hearty entrees, every dish tells a story of flavors that will tantalize your taste buds.
As I stepped into European Street Cafe, I was instantly struck by the warm ambiance combined with a casual, inviting atmosphere. The aroma of freshly prepared dishes wafted through the air, promising a delightful dining experience. Each dish, like the Hummus Dip served with Pita Bread—a harmonious blend of ground sesame seeds, garbanzo beans, garlic, and olive oil—beckoned me to take my first bite.
The Middle Eastern Sampler is another must-try, featuring a delightful scoop of garden-fresh tabbouleh accompanied by velvety hummus and a fried kibbe, beautifully arranged on a bed of fresh lettuce and tomato. Diners rave about the generous portions and the rich flavors, confirming the cafe’s status as a favorite among locals. One customer couldn't resist the allure of the bratwurst accompanied by gumbo, proving that the unparalleled variety keeps people returning for more.
Salads shine on their menu too. The Raspberry Almond Chicken Salad and Spicy Buffalo Chicken Salad are favorites that strike a balance between freshness and zest, perfect for a light yet satisfying meal. I noticed the salads are not just for the health-conscious; they carry a blend of flavors that appeal to all palates. One diner, though initially skeptical, found joy in a classic French Dip paired with soft pretzels and beer cheese soup, marking it an 8.5/10 experience.
Of course, no visit would be complete without sampling their desserts. While a customer opted for the Peanut Butter Pie and found it delightful, others were torn by the array of cake options that look enticingly indulgent. It's evident that European Street Cafe takes pride in every detail, from the ingredients down to the presentation.
The staff's friendliness, although occasionally tempered by a slower start, adds to the overall experience. Patrons, like Candace Turner and Brian, find themselves enamored not just by the food but also by the cute little shop filled with delightful offerings to take home. And let’s not forget the happy hour, which provides a glimpse into a lively social atmosphere.
With that in mind, I wholeheartedly recommend stepping into European Street Cafe for an authentic taste of Europe right in Jacksonville. Whether you're indulging in a unique sandwich or savoring a delightful salad, this cafe promises an exceptional culinary adventure that is both satisfying and memorable.

Huge menu, large variety of foods. I got the bratwurst it was delicious with gumbo and my Fiance got the beer cheese soup. We also got a Ruben and it was delicious as well. The waitress was nice although it did take awhile for someone to greet us and it was very slow, but regardless it was delicious we will be back. The little store is adorable.

Our guests wanted a hot dog with saurekraut, and so they traveled from Palatka to get it. It was an enjoyable meal. I had so much food that I had to get a dessert to go.

I've been here many times and realized I've never reviewed it. It's a very popular place. It's popular because the portions are good and the food is great. I went with the European Street Ultimate, and my wife went with the Michelangelo Pita. Ohhh, their dessert selections are awesome, although we chose not to indulge this go round. Always great food and service. We also got some of their killer German potatoe salad to go...

First visit: I got the French dip which I thought was like a 8.5/10. I also got soft pretzels with their beer cheese soup & honestly, I’d go without it next time, I wasn’t impressed. Peanut butter pie is a smaller piece but it’s pretty good! Second visit: I got the California Ruben and thought it was good! It had a very small amount of coleslaw though so I wish there was more of that.

We didn't partake, but they have an all day happy hour and tons of drink options. The half sandwich and soup were a great choice for a light lunch. The tuna was a bit on the sweet side and the chicken rice soup was great. They have a number of things you can buy in the shop before you pay, and I was tempted with a chocolate chip cookie.

Love this pet-friendly deli! European Street has a great vibe, delicious sandwiches (their mini sliders are a fave!), and tasty baked goods. Plus, they have a rotating selection of beers. The best part? You can bring your furry friend along and enjoy the patio together! As a dog owner, it's hard to find great food and a welcoming spot for my pup. European Street hits the spot on both counts! It's a rare find, and I'm so glad I stumbled upon this gem. Whether you're a foodie or a dog lover (or both!), European Street is a must-visit destination.
